I love this sectional and worth every penny! Actually, I can't believe the price! I just saw a similar sectional in old Serena & Lily catalog and it was $21,000! Yes, I typed that correctly! It may be firm like some people say but I like that because it will keep it forms longer. Even my teenager son loves it! Their customer service was awesome to work with, quick and efficient. I had ordered the largest sectional but one of the middle pieces got ruined. Decided I didn't want the other pieces to be shipped and got my appropriate refund quickly. The pieces did come in several big boxes and different days. Packaging was very effiecient with cushions secured in base of seat. The storage pieces are very heavy for one person. Overall, don't doubt getting this it's worth it!

I kept a close eye on this sectional and snagged it while it was on sale. It’s definitely worth it’s cost. I got the U sectional that is perfect for entertaining a fair amount of guests. It’s firm and doesn’t sink in. I would recommend this over and over. It came in multiple boxes so keep in mind it may take two or more days to get all the pieces.

Recently moved and needed a new couch that looked good with light brown flooring. This is the second couch (first sectional) I’ve purchased on Amazon and for a second time, I was not disappointed. I love the color and the quality is good too. It’s high off the ground, which is great for people with long legs. It arrived early in several very large boxes that were, thankfully, left at my door. It only took a couple hours to put together and that’s because I didn’t see / read the instructions in the beginning, but if I had, it would have gone faster. Thinking about another ottoman for the other side because everyone loves it so much, I hardly get to use it.

We recently created a teen suite for my daughter in a above the garage bonus room. We initially purchased a couch from a membership warehouse store and we could not get it up the stairs. I knew our only option was a modular couch because not only were we dealing with a narrow staircase with a turn... but also a narrow 27" doorframe. I researched forever before deciding on this couch. Because this is a bonus room couch for a teen, I refused to pay an exorbitant amount. Modular couches are outrageous these days and majority of the ones that I found were $3,500+. This couch was such a great value and it looks way more expensive than the $1,650 price tag. I was able to move all of the boxes upstairs without help (I am 5'3"). There were no issues getting the boxes through the door, in fact they would have cleared a door that was much smaller in width than 27". I was so impressed with the packaging and assembly was a breeze. The instructions were super clear, there were limited steps, and the tools were included. My husband and I put the couch together in about 30 min. The fabric is beautiful and the couch is firm (but incredibly comfortable). The storage ottomans are a great bonus. We purchased this couch in March and it looks just as good as the day we unpacked it. I am so happy with our selection. This is a fantastic couch for the money.

Very comfortable , sturdy, so easy to put together. The color is spot on with description. The fabric is amazing, easy to clean. I didn’t think it was this long but I’m happy it is , fits perfect in my living space! The extra storage for the covers was a plus. I love how I can rearrange the pieces and never have to worry about the sofa sliding at all. Definite must buy!!!!!!

The seat cushions are very firm, which hopefully means they’ll hold up well for a long time, the fabric is like a performance canvas material and soft yet durable (read a few comments about it being scratchy but we haven’t found that at all, but it is not meant to be a super soft plush material), and the gray color is lovely (specifically chose that to help hide any stains as it’s a rental).

Start with the smart packaging. Each module comes in a box that can go through just about any door. The cushions are packed inside the base to conserve shipping volume. Upholstered pieces are protected in fabric bags. We didn’t know how firm or soft it would sit, so ordered the armless chair first. They are a good medium firmness, perfect for us! It came fast and was well made and good looking, so we ordered the L-shaped sofa. That unit comes in five boxes, each about 18” tall. It took less than an hour for unboxing and assembly. The ottoman that makes the L-shape is not attached, so depending on the gathering you can pull it out a use it for seating easily reconfiguring to a conversation group. You could even pull the three sections of the sofa apart for spreading out, but we chose to use the included connectors to hold the couch together as a unit. It naps really nice that way. Oh, and the ottoman has storage under the cushion deck! Love this set so much! You can see from the picture how our small living room benefits from the unified look. Should have done
