Sevylor Hudson 2-3 Person Inflatable Kayak - Blue with Aluminum Paddles and High Output Air Pump《NO8》

I was a little skeptical of buying an inflatable kayak because the rivers around here (North Florida) have a lot of downed trees and I was worried about punctures from branches or other obstacles. We've taken it out three times so far and it's been great. I would suggest buying the Sevylor Riverboat Pump along with it. We tried using one of those pumps that plugs into the car and it was taking forever. I started using the manual pump and it worked much better. Pumped up super fast after that with very little effort.

This kayak is awesome for the price! Great for storage if you want to go fishing etc but don’t want a regular kayak taking up space. Very easy to set up. You should use a portable electronic pump or you’ll never get it up and going. Very fun and made kayaking a blast!

have limited room for a hard-shell kayak and transporting a hard-shell would have been another difficulty for me as I live in the city and drive only a mid-size car. I bought this 3-person boat so that my wife and I could leave the city and go camping down the river in the mountains. We've gone once so far along the Delaware River in the Poconos which has light rapids at times. Tho we didn't hit anything big, we bottomed over rocks (smooth river bed rocks) many times fully loaded with gear and we had no problems. The boat would bend a little through larger rapids, but even fully loaded with gear, we took on no water. Our combined totally weight was probably around 400 lbs. (490 weight limit max). The only improvement I can think of for this boat would be more tie downs, front and back. Overall for the cost, easy transport, easy storage, light weight, and durability this boat is an excellent buy.

These kayaks were perfect for my large family. We purchase 2 so that we could all got together. We are a family of 7 and these work perfectly. Make sure you get a strong enough pump.

My boyfriend and I are so happy with our purchase! This kayak is built well and it providing us with lots of memories. It inflates and deflates quickly and is very comfortable. You inflate the base and each side separately. I love the adjustable seats with inflatable bottom cushions. So many great features on this kayak to provide hours of fun and relaxation. We bought the 3 person version because of the higher weight load and so he can take his daughters out too. It's definitely a little crowded for 3 people, but there is plenty of space for 2 adults to spread out and enjoy. My only concern is the the buckles you use to adjust your seat are right on the side of the boat and sometimes dig into my legs and get uncomfortable, but otherwise we are so happy with this purchase! I also loved the monthly payment option that Amazon now offers!

We love this! - so much that we bought two for our family of six! We are not tiny either (all adults and older teens). We all fit great in them. they are built well and fairly easy to inflate. They do not seem like they would get holes easily. We have used them at several different lakes and they have been dragged across the ground many times with no problems. The seats adjust very easily and fit my 6'2" husband as well as my youngest who was only 5'2". They steer quite well and have the skeg that attaches to the bottom which helps with steering and keeps it from "blowing sideways" in windy circumstances (we found that out when we left one at home and noticed a big difference with steering in the one without it). Another great part is that they can be put inside any car. It's heavy, but doable. Remember to buy paddles separately as it does not come with any. I

We purchased the Big Basin inflatable Kayak because of its wider beam. I have some mobility issues as balance problems and we didn't think I would be able to get in or out of a hard-shell kayak. We tried it on a local lake in very windy conditions, with white caps and 20-30 inch waves. The kayak handled well. At first I was nervous as i had never been our in such conditions but the kayak was very stable and I soon relaxed and enjoyed the exhilaration. The quality of the craft exceeded our expectations. The only negative was that the instructions could have been better. They did not tell us to put the rudder in before inflation. Also we did not realize the seat cushions inflated at first. This is actually a very important feature for both comfort and function because the un-inflated seats don't stay in position and you sit right down on the floor. Overall though I would recommend this product as we are very satisfied.
